Refund and Returns Policy

3.1 7-Day Style Inspection

We want you to love your look. If your sunglasses arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We offer a replacement or a full refund once our quality team verifies the issue via provided photos.

3.2 Hygiene & Condition Standards

To qualify for a return:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, with all original tags, protective films, and “Glint” branding stickers intact.
  • Packaging: Accessories must be returned in their original hard case and microfiber cleaning cloth.
  • Shipping: The cost of return shipping for “change of mind” returns is the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item passes our inspection at our Islamabad-based fulfillment center.
